Energy Therapy involves being a conduit for you to experience a shift in the energy within your Mind, Body, and Spirit. This treatment is designed to harmonize and optimize your health and wellbeing as we focus on your alignment needs including but not limited to one or more energy and holistic integrative healing modalities: - Reiki (energy transfer with/without touch) - Reflexology (light pressure applied to areas of the feet, hands, head) - Tuning forks (fork shaped tools used to emit frequency) - Minor adjustments (toes, shoulders, head, legs and hips) - Chakra (energy centers) balancing - Aromatherapy (essential oils) - Crystal/stone allies - Mentoring w/Reiki infusion Each session is unique and tailored around your needs and ultimate intention.
